Re-Shipping & Store Credit Policy

ALL SHIPPED ORDERS ARE FINAL! NO REFUND. NO EXCHANGE, NO IN-STORE CREDIT.

Currently, for all International and USA shipments, we do NOT offer any reshipping policy!

FOR TRACKED SHIPMENT ONLY WITHIN IN CANADA, THE FOLLOWING BELOW APPLIES:

Our Re-shipping Policy is ONLY applicable when your ORIGINAL ORDER was shipped by TRACKED SHIPPING with a signature requirement, NOT BY REGULAR MAIL.

Tracked Shipping Conditions that VOID the one-time re-shipping policy:

  1. If you specifically request “No Signature” or “Card for pick up” or “Leave it at the door” 
  2. If the Tracking “Delivery Status” states the shipment has been successfully delivered (also applies to PO Boxes & General Deliveries) 
  3. If the Tracking “Delivery Status” states an “Attempted delivery and left a notice card where the item can be picked up.

Our policy is a one-time complimentary reship (up to $250 to cover the cost of products, NOT the re-shipping cost),

1. We will submit a ticket with the assigned shipping company and wait for their confirmation if they have lost it or not. 

                                                                       OR

 2. Eight weeks passed, and you have not received your order.  The 8 weeks starts on the date your order was processed, NOT THE DATE your order was placed.

For example, you placed an order on Thursday, January 3rd at 10 am.  You paid on Monday, January 7th at 2 pm.  We processed your order on Tuesday, January 8th & dropped it off to your mailing courier by Tuesday afternoon.  The eight weeks starts on Tuesday, January 8th.
