Cryptocurrency Payments
Important Note on Cryptocurrency Payments:
There are no refunds on cryptocurrency payments. Store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
To pay with cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) using credit or debit cards from CAD/USA or international locations:
- Purchase the required cryptocurrency from an exchange using your preferred payment method (credit card, debit card, BTC ATM, PayPal, or cash via your choice of onboarding FIAT to BTC).
- We recommend buying 3-5% more than the order total to account for cryptocurrency value fluctuations.
- At checkout, select “Bitcoin (BTC)” as the payment method.
- You’ll receive the total amount due and a payment address. You can then send payment from your cryptocurrency wallet or directly from your bitcoin wallet.
Credit Card Payments
We use Wert.io as our secure payment gateway for credit card transactions.
To pay with your credit card:
- Select “Credit Card” at Checkout: Choose this option as your payment method and agree to the terms and conditions, then click “Checkout.”
- Redirect to Wert.io Widget: You’ll be directed to the Wert.io payment page to complete your transaction.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enter your mobile number to receive a code via text message from Wert. Enter the code within five minutes to proceed.
- Confirm Purchase Amount: Review the purchase price (in USD or EUR) and note the USDC conversion amount, which will include a 5% transaction fee by Wert.io.
- Enter Card Details and Pay: Enter your card information and confirm. Depending on your card type, you may be asked for additional 3D Secure (3D Verification) authentication.
- Order Confirmation: Once complete, you’ll receive an email notification with the status of your order.
